Shipping

Ready made orders are shipped from Gold Coast, Queensland within 24 hours of order placed via Australia post or courier using standard post with tracking. Please allow 2-14 days for standard delivery Australia wide.

We aim to have custom orders completed and dispatched within 2-7 days. Using the same shipping methods mentioned above.

All online orders are eligible for free Market pick up or free local pick up weekdays from Coomera by selecting the pick up option at check out. Amilli pets will contact you via email on completion of your order to arrange collection.

Care

Please note, many of our products are considerably bulky. To keep postage costs down our bulky items will be delivered in a vacuum sealed bag. On release of the valve your items will bounce back to full capacity almost immediately.

Please read and follow all care instructions provided in the listing. Amilli Pets accepts no responsibility for damages caused by insufficient care or improper use of our products.

Lead sleeves – water submersion, rough play and friction from coming into contact with the ground will inevitably result in wear and tear of your sleeve. Please be advised that replacements and refunds will not be given if any of the above are determined to be the cause of damage to your lead sleeve. Amilli Pets accepts no responsibility for damages caused by insufficient care or improper use of our products.

Never allow your sleeve to be dragged along the ground.

Your lead sleeve should hang no lower than ankle height when attached to your lead while standing. Adjust sleeve to a higher position while seated out of reach of scratching paws and chomping teeth.

Prior to play remove the sleeve from your lead.

Water resistant – Ok in light rain only.

Personalisation - All personalisation requests are completed using heat transfer vinyl which may result in a little extra care required to keep your name in tip top shape. If creases form in your vinyl after washing place a protective layer over the affected area (baking paper, fabric, Teflon sheet) and PRESS with an iron at 160 degrees for 5-10 seconds.

No item is indestructible. Please consider this when determining the suitability of our products for your pet. Please supervise your pet while our products are in use.

Amilli Pets products are handmade with a great deal of care and are each unique in their own way. We appreciate your understanding that minor imperfections are unlikely however may occur.
